Encourage the expansion of the existing Friends Committees both in quantity and diversity of membership.

Provide effective vehicles of communication to deliver the message of the World Foundation’s mission.

Provide and maintain a budget to support the World Foundation and its mission and retain fiduciary responsibility of same.

WAGGGS World Centers in India, Mexico, Switzerland and the United Kingdom

World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts

Girl Scouts of the USA

Support the development of new Girl Guide/Girl Scout associations working toward membership in the World Association

Individuals upon recommendation by their National Girl Guide or Girl Scout Organizations

Support the work of WAGGGS’ Regional Trainers
